1. Services & Booking
We provide automotive detailing services. Submitting a booking or appointment request through our website or by phone is a request for service; appointments are confirmed by us directly. We reserve the right to confirm pricing and availability before finalizing any appointment.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are as published on our website and confirmed before service. Certain services require a deposit, processed securely via Stripe. Final balances are due at completion unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us at 612-384-2625 or clientcare@avionclean.com, or use any cancellation link we provide. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the time to other customers.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Avion Detailing LLC related to your appointment.
- Program: Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling information, and customer-service communications. We do not send marketing texts.
- Opt-in: You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and actively checking the optional, unchecked consent box on our booking form at www.avionclean.com/book. The consent box is not pre-selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies based on the appointments you book.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 612-384-2625 or clientcare@avionclean.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avion Detailing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Services are provided "as is."
